BlueJam offers a variety of programmes for schools – both for teachers and pupils, in school and out of school.
Current Programme For Schools:
Singing Tips for Teachers – A special CPD programme where primary school teachers can learn tips and tricks for leading musical activities in the classroom both in and out of music lessons (for example teaching musicianship, vocal safety in the classroom for teachers and pupils and conducting singing). These sessions are taught by highly experienced professional musicians: Sarah Gray, Jilly Jarman and Bryony Jarman-Pinto. Please contact us to find out more and sign up.
Anthem for a New Season: A singing, drumming and composition project for Primary School pupils in the summer term 2021. Pupils will work with a professional musician and/or a professional songwriter to make creative music together to contribute to a larger ‘Anthem for a New Season’ with other primary schools in Cumbria. Find out more and sign up here. NB. We are now booked up for the summer, but why not guarantee a place on this popular course for the Autumn Term and book now!
Parents can email us to sign up to any of the groups above. They normally cost £3-5 per week to take part but this is flexible depending on circumstances.
