Singing For Lung Health

Do you feel breathless or tight in your chest?

For four weeks on Tuesdays (16th, 23rd and 30th April and 7th May) from 1:30-2:30pm Jilly Jarman will present an enjoyable, relaxed online session exploring how to speak and sing with less effort and feel more comfortable with the movement of the breath. This course is for anyone with a condition that affects their ability to use their voice with ease and volume. Professionals, family and friends are welcome too. Jilly is a long-established voice practitioner who has recently completed Singing For Lung Health training with Phoene Cave.

All welcome, though under 16s need to be accompanied by an adult. For online safeguarding there will be a waiting room in the Zoom from where you will be admitted to the session. There will be no pressure to have your camera on.

You can buy a ticket for the block of sessions (or for one session on its own) by clicking here. Concessions are available.
