Penrith Halloween Festival 2015 24th October

Fun for all the family with workshops, stalls, competitions and the fantastic Phantom Parade!

Come all dressed up in your Halloween finery!

Workshops and activities will take place in the Soup Shop in Devonshire Arcade, with music and judging happening in the Bandstand and the ghost trail with participating shops.

There will be stalls by the Clocktower and Bandstand with hot food, displays and entertainment.

PLUS..children from local schools and nurseries will be making ghosts again! – join the Ghost Trail round town and see how many you can find in the town centre shops!
